My Christmas Wish

Few days from now and its 2010! I will not set any new year’s resolution since I have observed that my resolution before was only good for a few weeks… sometimes, days… (LOL). What I want to share with you is my wish list for 2010.

1. A fulfilling job. Early this month I received a text message from an agency telling me that I am pre-qualified to work in Canada. Hopefully, my papers will be worked out this February. This will be advantageous to me since my sister was already working there.

I’m offering this opportunity to God. I know He knows what is best for me.

2. A teeth brace. This was my target for 2009 but hasn’t done it since a large amount is needed. Hopefully, early next year I’ll be able to raise the money.

3. If God will not permit me to go abroad this year then I’ll finish my master’s degree.

4. A good health for everybody. (I am always praying to God for a healthy body, mind, and spirit for my family)

Christmas Time

“It’s the most wonderful time of the year” as an old song goes. This is the season where everybody in our family looks forward especially the kids. It’s a sort of our family reunion.

This time we changed the usual way of giving gifts. Instead of us buying gifts for the kids, we decided to change it by doing chris-Kringle. The kids were given Php 100.00 each to buy a gift [worth Php 100.00 and BELOW] for their manito/manita. My mother emphasized that this is done to teach everyone in the family especially the kids on the value of giving. That’s actually the spirit of Christmas giving and sharing.

Days are so fast. I cannot imagine that few days from now and it’s 2010. You really can’t tell how fast the days had gone. With our very busy lifestyle we will just can’t tell or find out that’s it’s already summer. And we miss planning for a summer vacation. As early as today better planned for a summer vacation with your family or friends. Give your time a break! Relax… unwind… and enjoy!

But for a moment… I suggest you close your eyes. Imagine the kind of summer vacation you want. …. Forget your stressful job for a while. Feel the tranquility of the wind that touches your skin. Listen to the sounds of waves. Look at the cool blue skies that touches that blue sea. Touch the white powdery sand… Feel it grains. Taste the luscious foods prepared by the Myrtle Beach Hotel. Imagine you are being pampered with a first class Myrtle Beach Accommodation.

Now slowly open your eyes…. Then decide now the exact date when do you plan to experience the superb Myrtle Beach Accommodations.

Missing You All

I miss blogging! I haven’t bloghop for almost a month. To my dear bloggers friend I’m sorry If I haven’t visited your site. There is a problem with my internet connection uploading photos and files is so slow. Hope Smart Telecom can address this problem. Although they were already trying to help with my problem. Actually speed test result shows an ISP average (2.3/5). I do not know what the standard is.

And aside from internet connection, I was so busy for the past few weeks preparing programs for different activities.

Hope I can catch-up the updates of your sites….

I miss you all guys……

Crowd Control for Your Stall

Christmas is fast approaching; people are busy buying gifts for their love ones. To the business minded person this is the best time to earn money. Bazaar are the route of the most shoppers because they can choose different items suitable for different ages.

I myself love to shop at bazaar. Items are cheaper compare to mall prices and there are varieties of items sold. Because of that many shoppers prefer bazaar. That’s why bazaar are crowded.

If you own a stall in a bazaar better put some barricades. This crowd control does not mean you’re not inviting shopper but rather you are ensuring their safety and smooth way of entertaining them. This is also called the stanchions. These retractable belts can be printed with your store/stall name. So these serves two functions: as crowd control and advertising your store.

Talking About Death

Hello…. Emergency… hello”

My mom keeps on repeating these words. I thought I was just dreaming. It’s already past 8:00 am and had just slept because we went to the wake of the husband of my boss last night.
The word “emergency” keeps on bouncing in my skull. I told myself, Oh! God please no… The news about death last week seems unstoppable – close friends, relative of a friend, neighbor. I cannot bear to hear another bad news - death.

The other line just confirmed that our relative passed last night.

It’s really emotionally tiring when you know someone died, especially if it’s a sudden death. But that is life, we are all destined to die – it’s the end and the beginning.

Here are important lessons I learned on death and dying
· TO LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST
· INVEST money but INVEST MORE IN A GOOD RELATIONSHIP
· Always be PREPARED

and of course….
· PRAY, PRAY, PRAY
