Arizona
The name Arizona was derived from the Pima Indian Village of Arizonac. The word Arizonac probably means “place of small spring.” It is also known as Grand Canyon State.
Because of its wide range of elevation and relief, Arizona has a varied climate pattern. There are places that has cool to cold winters and warm summers or mild winters and hot summer. Currently the temperature of Arizona is about 80 ⁰F.
Because of the fine weather all year round, Arizona is considered as one of the fastest developing states in the US Sunbelt. Its mild weather has also attracted many industries because they can function all-year round. And probably it’s the biggest reason why many investors put in a real estate like Scottsdale real estate because Arizona is truly a breathtaking place to live all year round.
