Limited Paypal Account Access

Heeeeellllppppppppp!!!!

My paypal account access is limited. I cannot withdraw my funds nor receive from my online business. I’ve been saving it for this coming Christmas season. I tried to add and confirm my debit account but still a message pop upped saying my account is limited. And I have to check my Account Overview page for messages about resolving this problem.….
